Cucumber dill pickles w/ reunion pink/malabar/szechuan pepper, pickling spice, dill seed, dried dill weed, chopped garlic, hot pepper, onion slices, caraway seed, mustard seed, lime salt.

Pickled garlic w/ szechuan, reunion pink, and indian malabar pepper.

An evening well spent.

I tried to get a picture of this little scene but all my shots were failures. Then comes Marcia w/ the macro attachment on the HP and documents it just right.
