I'm also experimenting with post formats.  Please forgive the inconsistencies.  Here's an indulgent self portrait that did not turn out as planned.  When I took this picture I had forgotten that I was using a rangefinder that focuses through parallax. When I lined up my picture through the viewfinder the camera was perfectly centered in the mirror.  Unfortunately, because it's not an slr, what I was seeing through the viewfinder was not what the lens was seeing.  The lens is lower and to the.. well.. left of the viewfinder and the shot did not line up as expected.  Considering how much it costs to get black and white film developed, that was an expensive lesson. I don't think the old 35 DC is going to be a regular player, because of the expense, but (assuming the graininess is from the cheap 600dpi scans and not on the actual negatives) I am really happy with the results.  It will be fun to have around to shoot something special.
I promised Gnome I wouldn't bomb him off the front page right away so I'm just going to post two pictures.  Like Gnome, I've been experimenting with 35mm.  When I got my first rolls of film developed I got scans only. They are only 600dpi scans.  I hope that's the reason for the horrible graininess.  If the actual negatives are that grainy, I will be very sad.  I do love some of the pictures I took, though.  Here's one of beans levitating.

A few shots with my Olympus XA, a lot to learn...  Just a quick roll to find out how the camera is.  Shot with ISO 400 Lomography color negative film.
