So the Macro extension works but with the 14-42 lens you have to be so close to the subject you risk scratching your filter (or lens if you aren't using a filter). The specs for the macro extension say that with the 14-42mm lens at 42mm you have a focal distance of 14cm or so. I think their definition of focal distance is not the same as mine.
