Miles took this one, with the old 35-DC rangefinder.
"May I see your camera for a moment?" -Marcia
annoyed by the camera
Grain City. This is before I had fresh batteries in the OM-10. who knows what shutter speed it was using. i only know it was using the same speed for every shot.
Here's the first pic out of the OM-10. It's not light tight but I think that's correctable and it only affects the left side, which i can edit out because I'm cropping them to 4:3 anyhow. I did these scans myself, on the new wolverine 35mm film scanner. It's a pain but it's way cheaper in the long run. I need more ways to get dust off the negatives, though. These are better than the ones MotoPhoto scanned but they still had dust all over them. I think this was 400iso film pushed to 800, so it's pretty grainy.

Awesome pics Whackly! This isn't my style but super happy it's my shot...
Marcia and I just love the blue window in top right of this building, that's all.
this one's the same idea, just larger scale
it's an homage to a picture gnome posted some time ago.

i might have to do a whole set of just the ones i took, tonight, of the dollar store fiber optic lamp. macro abstracts are always fun.
i just put the sd card from marcia's camera in the computer. she used it at the taft meseum, then we both used it to experiment with an LED ringlight, then i used it to play with the macro lens. there are so many good pictures here. wait until you see some of marcia's from the museum. wow.
